This page covers the booking form: what it asks for, what we do with it and how to have it deleted.
What the booking form collects
When you book online, the form asks for:
- Your name, phone number and email
- The address where the door is, with the ZIP code
- Your company name, if the door is at a business
- What the door is doing, plus a few answers about it, like its age
- The time window you pick and any note you add
How we use it
We use it only to schedule your visit and to contact you about that job. We don't sell it.
Services the site uses
- When you type a ZIP code in the booking form, it's sent to Zippopotam.us to fill in the town name. Nothing else from the form goes with it.
- The maps on this site are Google Maps. Google may set cookies when a map loads.
Deleting your details
Call (650) 300-0830 and ask, and we'll delete your booking details.
